I have been sleeping at 11 pm or so and waking up at 6 am or 7 am or so, then a friend suggested i wake up at 5 am so i accepted it - i woke up the first day felt a little less good, then the 2nd day i felt totally shity.
I realized this, no matter how wise i am and awake I am, unless i get sufficinet sleep that matchs my needs It is VERY hard to be able to connect to intuition and wisdom.
I am sharing this knowledge so the rest of you can also avoid trying to fit in the 5 am club -unless you really want to.
I used to be one of those guys who wakes up at 4 am and i was so proud of myself for it, but I now realized getting plenty of sleep and connecting to the feeling of kid like joy is much more fun
