Lesson 1 - What is Presence?
This first lesson gave the first introduction of the 2-5 seconds exercise. Breath out and relax your thought for 2-5 seconds and feel the Presence beyond/behind your earthly existence. It also explained, but when readed it was experiential, what Presence is. How is can be seen/felt. It immediately opened up the way to realizing your true Self.
Lesson 2 - Recognition and Meditation - Your gateway Tools
In this lesson meditation is explained, but in a very simply way. I really liked that about this lesson. No shenanigans. Meditation is just the 2-5 second exercise, only then for an x amount of time set aside. Everyone can do that. Recognize the Presence. This simple 2-5 seconds recognition or the extended meditation recognition are the gateway tools to Self-Realisation. Simple as that.
Lesson 3 - Everything has Presence
After in lesson 2 having recognized the Presence that is always there beyond your physical apparatus, you learn to also recognize Presence in object, the world, in everything. Everything that exist is made out of the same material, Presence Energy. Presence - Consciousness. It is another way of looking to objects and feel the Presence it contains. It also concludes that there is no separation between your own Presence and the Presence of the world around you. This lesson lays the groundwork for that realisation and it deepens over the course.
Lesson 4 - What has never changed? (Always Present)
Presence never changes! What an realisation. You go through many physical changes/experiences through you human life, but there is always something that does not change. Always in the background. That feeling, that Presence that you are. It is unchangeable. That means that nothing can ever touch you. Nothing can hurt you. You are untouchable. With this realisation about yourSelf, you are really waking up!
Lesson 5 - What is Consciousness?
What is the difference between consciousness and awareness? In essence it is the same energy, but awareness (I AM) is more general and consciousness (I AM THIS) is wrapped around a particular subject. But it is both awareness. You can see awareness as a big infinite light and consciousness as a flashlight, just highlighting some subjects. Self-realisation is the way to expand that light bigger and bigger so you find you way back to your infinite light. Your true Self.
Are you conscious of me asking this question? Whatever the answer is, it concludes that you are. So you are Aware!
Lesson 6 - Presence is unobscurable (Already Present)
Already Present. ALREADY. That is a keyword of Presence. You don’t have to ‘make’ Presence, it is already there for you. It is you. You can just relax in that knowing and let go of some resistance of trying to achieve Presence. You can’t ubscure Presence, it is always already there for you to tab into. To relax into. We already learnt that Presence in untouchable, beyond. Now we learn that it is also unobscurable.
In lesson 3 we learnt that everything is made out of Presence Energy. What does that mean? That means that EVERYTHING is Presence confirming. Presence showing itself to you. Isn’t that nice of Presence.
Lesson 7 - The truth exposure exercise
In this lesson it is time to expose false believes in the light of the truth. First find your not yet enlightened believes and extract the underlying core believe out of that. Than do the truth detector test. It questions if your Existence is really unobscured by those core believes. Feel if they are true. Let your light shine upon them. I experienced they were not true. Relieves. Space and light shone through.
Lesson 8 - Everything confirms existence.
This lesson builds on lesson 3, where we learnt that everything is made out of existence. So everything confirms existence. In this lesson we learn to flip the experience, with this perfect analogy: When you’re window shopping in front of a jewelry store. You can be mesmerized with what's lying in the window. Pretty jewelry and so one. See the details and in a while you forget that you are standing in a city as a person. You are only aware of the jewelry behind the glass and forget the bigger awareness that you are. Then a pigeon flies over and flips you back. You suddenly see your reflection in the mirror of the glass. So there are 2 sides of the experience of standing before that window and you can choose which experience you want to see. You can flip your experience, like a card from a deck. One side is total unique and the other side is the same as all the other cards in the deck. Presence Energy.
Lesson 9 - Presence becomes stable (beyond ups and downs)
Like I mentioned before, Presence is already there so you don’t have to make it. Just realign with it instead of imitating it, creating tension. Realize that everything is Presence, even non-recognition. It is all-pervasive. Realize this now. But also realize that it’s okay to also be human and to experience everything, even if you marked it as ‘bad’ non-alignment. Because that is also Presence-confirming.
A good exercise to train this is the Presence rewind theater exercise, where you observe your human self as in a movie on the screen. Although you can experience really intense what is on the movie screen, you are not it. You are observing it. Nothing is ever really happening to you. You are the present stable awareness beyond all experience.
Lesson 10 - There is only now
Everything is happening is the Now. There is no past and no future, everything is happening Now. The Now is another word for Presence-Consciousness. It is another way to look at it but the essence is the same. Nothing is happening is the Now, you are save and worry free.
Rest in that realisation and feel the now/P.c. When a thought or experience occurs, ask when it is happening. Feel into the answer. The answer will always be the Now.
Lesson 11 - What is the person?
The person has 3 different forms of conditioning:
Because of those conditionings a person develops certain points of views. They can be in alignment of out of alignment, or be a little bit out of alignment. You can feel if they are in or out of alignment by the way they feel. Out of these points of view grow (unconscious) believes that make a person behave in a certain way. If they are not in alignment with the perspective of the One they won't feel good and create a sense of separation between the person and the world. This can be felt as a contraction. But we already learnt that everything is made out of the same substance, Presence-energy, so separation is actually not possible. We can figure out what our ‘out of alignment’ points of view are that make us feel seperated from the world en transcend them with love/light energy. That is the process of going from Person to Presence.
Lesson 12 - Meaning is optional
Imagine you are brought up on a different planet with a different type of meaning. On the meaning you got from your parents, you build believes. And to your believes is where your awareness goes and you react from. But if you can choose the meaning for an event, that means that meaning is optional. That is because all things are made out of Presence-Energy and everything is the same. Whatever shape Presence-Energy choses to make, it stays Presence-Energy. The shape has no meaning. We make up the meaning. We choose our meaning.
We have build up a lot of meaning-based reactions in our life. But now we now they don’t have to be true! You can neutralize the charged meanings you are accustomed to. Just choose to not react in a situation and neutralize you meaning to it. Or recognize that everything is Presence-Energy and nothing has meaning.
Lesson 13 - Neti Neti with circumstances
I am not this, I am not that. That is what neti neti means. You realise who you really are by discovering what you are not. Begin with the starting focus, 2-5 seconds rule. Then realize that you are over here, while the circumstance you observe is over there. You are not your circumstance. You are Presence- Energy observing the circumstance.
Lesson 14 - Neti Neti with thoughts
I am over here, while the thoughts I observe are over there. They are just waves of Presence Energy. Presence Energy does not change because of the forms it takes on. I am Presence-Consciousness, observing the thoughts as they fly by.
Lesson 15 - Neti Neti with emotions
Realize I am over here, while the emotions I observe are over there. I am not my emotions. I am Presence-Consciousness, observing the waves of the ocean of Presence.
Lesson 16 - Neti Neti with sensations
Realize I am over here, while the sensations I observe are over there. I am not my sensations. I am the observer over my sensations, Presence-Consciousness.
Lesson 17 - Neti Neti with believes
Realize I am over here, while the believes I observe are over there. I am not my believes. I am the observer of the believes, Presence-Consciousness.
Lesson 18 - I Am - without this
This lesson is deepening the I AM feeling even more. Without the this (like, emotions, sensations, believes, thoughts etc). I AM is undisturbed, never changing. Sink in this realisation. This beingness that you feel is undisturbed and stands on its own. It doesn’t need anything to exist. The body does need Presence-Consciousness to exist, but P.C. does not need the body to exist. It stand on its own. It’s like you’re in a movie theater observing a movie. The movie is your life with all of its experiences, but the observer is never touched. It remains undisturbed. You are that undisturbed observer. Not the movie screen or your body. You can trust that P.C. will always already be there.
Lesson 19 - Beyond body, beyond death
I am not my body. I am Presence-Consciousness. Always and already. I am an eternal being, always. That means that I am deathless. Life and death are the same. Just different experiences of Presence-Consciousness. Different sides of the eternal coin.
You can compare it with being in a dreamstate. You dream that you are moving and experiencing in a dream. That dream is made out of Presence-Energy, just like everything that exists. In your dream you can ‘wake up’ and realize that you are actually lying in your bed dreaming. This situation can you compare to ‘real’ life. Actually everything is an illusion, just like the dream you are dreaming at night. Everytime you recognize the Presence that you actually are is the same as in your dream recognizing that you are actually lying in your bed. Waking up. We are so much more than this illusory world where we experience. The whole world exist in consciousness. It is only a small part made physically for experience, but we’re actually beyond and bigger then this life experience. Our brain remembers the life-time experiences of this human life, but our consciousness remembers everything we’ve even done/been. That’s how you can travel through previous life or even before existence. Because we are all the One infinite Source. Our journey has no end. We will live and experience in an eternal way.
Lesson 20 - Bye Bye attachments
The source of all our suffering is the believe in lack. Everything can be traced back to that. And it is because we believe in lack we create attachments to things that we have labeled as abundance. Because we believe we can lack abundance. But lack does not exist. It does not. We are such powerful creaters that we can abundantly create the idea that we are lacking. And attach onto things that we do not perceive as lack and make us happy. Our Higher Self tells us that the thought of lacking is not in alignment by making us feel bad. It is our guidance system. But we attached the bad feeling to the lacking and as proof that we do not want the lacking, because it makes us feel bad. The solution to this is to take action without expecting a specific result. Just do it because you want to do the action and don’t care about the result.
Lesson 21 - Balancing wisdom with love
Forgiveness, forgiveness, forgiveness. MJAMMIE! Forgive the catalysts that bring untrue beliefs to the surface. Love them and thank them. Forgive the believes, love them and thank them. Forgive yourself!! Love and thank yourself.
Lesson 22 - True acceptance, total allowance.
Everything that exists and is being experienced is already accepted and allowed to exist by Existence itself. It doesn’t matter if we accept or not accept, because it is already accepted by All that is. It is already loved, perfectly present, brilliant, embraced, unique and shining with Presence energy. RELAX! You don’t have to do anything! You can let go of all the effort of trying to accept things that are already accepted. Just rest in that knowing. Delicious. That means that you are also already completely accepted to exist. Existence loves every part of you, even your quirkiness etc. Forgive yourself completely for ever thinking otherwise. Apologize to the believes that you pushed them away not wanting to look at them, while all the while they we’re already completely allowed to be. Everything is Presence-Energy, there is no separation or danger. Every wave of Presence-Energy is already accepted.
Lesson 23 - Effortless resting in natural perfection
Immortalize your WellBeing. It is possible. Feel the ever resting peace beyond. You can trust that. It is effortless, just relax. Rest in it, choose to let it flow.
Lesson 24 - Being at ease with intense experiences
Feeling the peaceful Presence-Consciousness at home at the couch is easier than to feel it during an intense experience. This chapter gives us 12 ways to still feel that during those more intense circumstances. My favorites were Resting it out. Just observe the emotions with a distant loving gaze and wait them out. Create room for clarity. I love that. Creating room for clarity by feeling Presence-Consciousness. I also like to go to the nothingness under Existence. That feels wonderful and is also a good everyday meditation!
And that the most wonderful one. REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE! You are bigger and beyond any problem. You ARE the One infinite. Your freaking powerful, man! You are here to create, not to beg!!

I will begin with telling you that we/the world is so much more than meets the eye. Everything that you see is alive with Presence. For humans you can call that the soul. But also the soul is made out out of a present energy. You can feel that. Take a deep breath in and out and let your thoughts go for 2-5 seconds. When you do that you feel a light Presence beyond your own personality. Just resting behind, peaceful, silent. The Presence can also be recognized as energy being, a beingness. When you take this 2-5 second break a longer period of time it is called meditation. Simple right? When you recognize this more often, the Presence will become deeper, more infinite you could say. That is who you truly are. Not your body, thoughts, circumstances and sensations. You are the ever present, silent consciousness beyond the physical world. Presence-Consciousness. And everything in that consciousness is made out of Presence-energy. Your body, the trees, your thoughts, circumstances and everything around is made out of the same substance. That means there is no separation. You can feel it in any object you choose, feel the Presence-energy in a perfectly present object. Every object has a different vibration to be the object it desires to be. But that's the only difference. You can compare Presence-Energy with an ocean with different waves. The waves are never separated from the ocean and they always consist of the water of the ocean. That means that nothing can truly harm you, you are always save, because actually nothing ever really changes. Waves come and go, but Presence-Consciousness stays the same, undisturbed. Circumstances can never harm you, only the believes you believe about the circumstance cause a painful feeling. They feel painful, because they are not true. Nothing can ever harm you. Your Higher Self lets you know when a thought it not true, by making it feel ‘negative’. It is your emotional guidance system to know if your thought are in alignment with your Higher Self. Your Higher Self knows only abundance. Lack does not exist. EVER. So whenever you have thought rested in lack they will feel negative, because they are not true. But we have free will and are powerful creaters. So if we choose to create lack, we actually create a distance between ourselves and our Higher Self, source. Because we are free to choose anything we want. When you look at your lack situations and you feel bad, you actually feel the distance between you and the abundant Universe and the thoughts that are not true. But we have linked that bad feeling with the circumstance we don’t like. So we feel bad some more and with that create even more lackfeeling circumstances, because we are that powerful. You can turn that around! See that those thoughts are also made out of perfect Presence-energy. There is not such thing as true or bad, so you dont have to reject those thoughts anymore! They are already completely accepted and allowed to exist, by existence itself. Otherwise they would not exist. Forgive yourself for rejecting them and allow them in your loving embrace. Feel compassion and forgiveness for them. That way you set them free! You only hold them in your experience because you desperately try to push them away. See them for what they really are and they will move away and call experiences forth your heart actually desires. How nice of them! All is well. You don’t have to fight. You are safe. Trust and rest in that. RELAX a little and let go. Dive deeper into the space/silence beyond a let is create space in your heart. Heal the (lack-based) contractions in your body/being. All is well. You are loved by infinity. With all your ‘bad’ personality habits that make you exactly who you are. Stop rejecting yourself and love every part of yourself. You are worth it.
