The below lines within quotes are from the first lesson.
"Presence is the essence of everything that exists."
Everything that exists means the negativities of life too?
If not, then is the above statement false?
If yes, then Presence is the essence of negativeness too? Then what's the use of trying to achieve or rather Be Presence?
"Presence is itself formless, yet expresses itself as all forms."
Then it may be true that Presence expresses itself as other forms like an animal....a snake (a venomous one).
Then why should we be more in Presence when a form of Presence (such as a snake) would bite or cause harm to another form of Presence (human)?
"Presence is the one energy underlying all energies."
Does this mean Presence is the energy that underlies the negative energies too?
"Everything is Presence"
Are all the harmful aspects of life also Presence too? - like murder, rape etc?
If no, then the above statement which says "everything is Presence" is false.
If yes, then again why should we be in Presence when the harmful activities of life is also Presence?
One would say Presence is not the Unconsciousness (or the negativities) of Life. It is always Conscious. So only the Conscious part is Presence.
My understanding of "Presence is the essence of everything that exists" is that "everything that exists" means absolutely everything that happens on the planet is Presence (Consciousness).
Then it is so confusing to understand what is Presence and what is not.
