Today I make a commitment to myself:
I will start each day in meditation, reminding myself of who I am and what I am capable of achieving.
If at any time I start to feel anxious, worried, angry, or just generally out of alignment, I will take a deep breath and pause my thoughts to re-ground myself.
I will radiate my loving, playful nature.
I will remind myself frequently that I am beautiful.
I will remind myself frequently that I am powerful.
I will focus on my imagination rather than my circumstances.
I will remind myself that I am the creator of my own reality.
I will not take my cues from circumstances or from others; rather I will allow my circumstances to reflect my true self.
